Ukrainian woman Olena shared the cost details of her own wedding in Montenegro. According to the young woman, the four-day celebration for 18 guests cost 30,300 euros, excluding daily food purchases for the villa.

The young woman shared this on her Instagram page.

The largest expense was the villa rental – 8,000 euros. This amount included the tourist tax, an additional charge for holding the wedding day, as well as accommodation. The couple separately paid for breakfasts for the guests – 9 euros per person per day.

The wedding banquet cost 4,095 euros. The celebration was organized with a set menu, so each guest pre-selected an appetizer, salad, and main course. The cost also included appetizers and drinks in the welcome area, a separate unlimited bar, catering for the staff, as well as cleaning and dishwashing after the event.

Small gifts were also prepared for the guests – bottles of limoncello in the welcome area. This cost an additional 110 euros. The wedding cake was ordered separately. Its cost was 180 euros, of which 50 euros was for delivery.

The couple spent 4,070 euros on wedding decor and styling. This amount included the wedding arch and the area around it, decor for the welcome area and the main table, the bride’s bouquet, lighting, fabric in the main area, as well as rental of furniture and dishes. The newlyweds separately ordered decorative balloons for the pool.

A significant portion of the budget was allocated to the services of the team that flew to the wedding from Warsaw. Videographer services, including travel expenses, cost 4,000 euros. The photographer cost 1,650 euros, and the host – 1,550 euros, including accommodation and travel. The DJ with their own equipment and lighting cost 1,250 euros.

The wedding organizer handled the organization and coordination of the event. According to Olena, his services cost 10% of the total wedding cost, excluding the villa rental, or a minimum of 2,000 euros.

The bride noted that she managed to save on her own look. She purchased her first wedding dress with a 30% discount during Black Friday, so her entire look cost 1,000 euros. The second dress and some of her outfits, according to the young woman, were gifts from brands. The groom’s outfit cost 200 euros.

Handmade wedding rings cost 1,300 euros. The newlyweds also hired a stylist for the bride and mothers – makeup and hairstyles, along with travel expenses for the team, cost 420 euros.

Separately, the couple spent 70 euros on a champagne tower. According to Olena, they brought the glasses and sparkling wine from Warsaw. Another approximately 50 euros went towards small items for the ceremony – cartridges for Instax, vow booklets, and photo albums.

In total, excluding the purchase of food for the villa for all days of the vacation, the total cost of the wedding in Montenegro amounted to 30,300 euros.

In the comments under the video, users actively discussed the budget of the celebration. Some netizens noted that a similar wedding in Ukraine could have cost more.

“Well, it’s many times cheaper than in Ukraine,” noted one commenter.

Recall that earlier a Ukrainian woman compared prices for basic products in supermarkets in Romania and Ukraine. It turned out that some vegetables and dairy products in the EU country are cheaper than in Ukrainian stores.
